Prof Shailesh Gandhi is a Fellow of IIM-A (Ph.D.) in Finance and Accounting and former Dean (Programmes) at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He was also Director at IIM-A Executive Education, Dubai and has designed and conducted customised Executive Education Programmes in various countries like China, Dubai, Egypt, Kenya, Kuwait, South Africa, and Thailand apart from India. 

Prof Gandhi was appointed a Member of the Governing Board as a faculty representative in IRMA - Institute of Rural Management, Anand. He was associated with National Institute of Construction Management & Research, Mumbai. Prof. Gandhi has been a Member of the Cost Accounting Standards Board of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI).

Director, School of Management, IILM University, Gurugram

After his superannuation from International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi, in December 2019, Prof. Arvind Chaturvedi has set up a consultancy firm Indian CARMa. He was also associated with IMT, Ghaziabad, ASCI Hyderabad, SCMS, Cochin.
He was awarded doctorate (Ph.D.) by IIT Delhi on “Impact of Economic Reforms on Poverty and Income Distribution in India: A Comparison with China”.

He has also been part of Advertising agencies, Ministry of Agriculture (GOI), World Health Organization (WHO), International Labour Organization (ILO) and UNICEF.
Imparting knowledge to many B-schools like IMT, IIFT, BITS (CDC), BIMTECH and NIFM. 

Director, School of Management, IILM University, Greater Noida

Dr Nayak has extensive experience in teaching, research, consulting and management, which includes a career of eight years in India followed by twenty years in Australia. He recently completed his service as Director of School of Management, Manipal.

His Ph.D. thesis on Corporate Sustainability earned in Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia won him the 2007 Professor John O. Miller award for the most distinguished Ph.D. thesis in the University. 

His research that focuses on sustainability of business organizations and academic problems of international students in Australian higher education institutions is communicated by publishing a book, a book chapter, and more than ten refereed journals and conference papers. He has led business research teams.
